Your submission is transmitted via Web3Forms to our secure inbox and forwarded exclusively to one RERA-licensed Dubai real estate broker. That broker is bound to use your information only to respond to your rental inquiry.

4. Data Retention

We retain inquiry data for a maximum of 90 days. If no lease transaction results, your data is deleted. You may request deletion at any time.

5. Cookies & Tracking

This site uses no cookies, tracking pixels, analytics scripts, or third-party surveillance. It is a static page hosted on IPFS. No behavioral data is collected.

2. No Guarantee of Availability

Any market data or representative property descriptions on this site are illustrative. They do not constitute active listings, offers to lease, or guaranteed availability. Actual inventory is disclosed only after a verified private inquiry is submitted and matched.

3. Inquiry Submission

By submitting an inquiry, you confirm that the information provided is accurate and that you are a genuine prospective renter. Submissions made in bad faith may be refused without notice.

4. Broker Referral

Upon submission, your inquiry is forwarded to a single RERA-licensed Dubai broker from our vetted network. penthouses.eth may receive a referral fee from the broker upon successful lease execution. This fee is paid by the broker and does not affect rental pricing presented to you.

5. No Broker-Client Relationship

Use of this site does not create a broker-client relationship between you and penthouses.eth. Any fiduciary duties and representation rights arise solely from your engagement with the RERA-licensed broker to whom you are referred.

6. Limitation of Liability

penthouses.eth provides this service on an "as-is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, our liability for any claim is limited to zero, as no fee is charged to renters for our matching service.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Dubai courts or DIFC courts, as applicable.
